Better than Organic Whole Hog – Deposit

Processing date is October 16, 2026 – ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Place your deposit on a better than organic hog, raised with care at our farm on untreated pasture. They were supplementally fed organic, non-GMO, corn free, soy free feed recipe for best health from Free Wing Farms.

Our regenerative agriculture practices ensured the hogs were given:
Fresh air, healthy sunshine, wonderful supplemental feed, room to graze and browse, then moved to fresh ground daily. We do our best to ensure they live their best pig life possible; so they are able to grow healthy, muscular, and delicious. We know you will enjoy our better than organic pork!

This deposit is just that, a deposit to Belnap Creek Farm holding your hog for pork processing. This amount will go toward your balance with Belnap Creek Farm for the purchase of the hog. The final cost will be determined by the hanging weight, and will be $4.50 per pound, minus your $200 deposit. This payment will cover the cost for the hog only. The processing will be paid for by you to IO Ranch Processing based on your cut sheet. We will take the pigs to IO Ranch, at that time they will let us know the hanging weight. If you do not pay us your remaining balance in full at that time (minus your deposit), you will not have a hog processed. This must be done before processing.

If your hog hypothetically has a hanging weight of 300lbs the math would work like this:
300lbs x $4.50 per pound = $1,350 – $200 deposit  = $1,150 balance due October 16th, please prepare accordingly. We want you to have your pork. Also, a note – this does NOT mean you will receive 300 pounds of pork in return from the processor. This is the weight based on the pigs full weight.

IMPORTANT – DO NOT SKIP OR FORGET:
Your cut sheet needs to be completed and back to us no later than Monday, October 12. This can be sent via email at [email protected] or a screenshot via text to 817-405-9251.
October 16th the hogs will be delivered to IO Ranch Processing in Evant, TX.
On this date we will be given the hanging weight, and we will send an invoice with the final amount due, it is due this same day, Friday, October 16th, 2026.

Your balance to IO Ranch Processing will be due when we are notified the pork is ready for pickup. You or we cannot pick up any meat that has not been paid for. We will set up a day to pick up, and notify you of when that is, or you can choose to pick it up yourself. We will not be fronting the money and paying for your order, you must pay IO Ranch Processing directly even if we are picking up your order for you.

NOTES regarding IO policies: Anything left there over five days will incur a freezer charge. If they hold over 30 days it will be sold.
