Welcome to Belnap Creek Farm (the “Site”), operated by Belnap Creek Farm (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
We sell handmade, printed, or custom-designed apparel, including (but not limited to) t-shirts, sweatshirts, and accessories.
Product colors, placements, and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings or handmade processes.
For custom orders, artwork must be approved before production. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of custom text, sizing, and spelling.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We accept payments via: Square, Stripe, credit cards, etc.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
Pre-made orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. If it is a food product that requires a deposit, those orders will be completed based on the date included in the listing. Should a product require any personalization choices made regarding color, a transfer, scent, or anything that will be handmade after your order is placed will be 2-3 weeks in production before the order will be processed to ship. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
Once an order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider.
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production may have started.
All designs, artwork, and content on this site are the property of Belnap Creek Farm and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission.
We reserve the right to showcase custom designs (with identifying info blurred) for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any local, state, or international laws.
Any content submitted (such as reviews or images) must not infringe on any third-party rights.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our site after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
